Unexpected kindness during a storm
The staff was exceptionally friendly, always greeted me with smiles. The pool area was serene, making it the perfect escape from busy day trips.
However, the food left much to be desired. several meals were lacking flavor and the beds were quite uncomfortable, with noticeable dips.

Good or Bad?
The ambiance is enchanting, and the adult-only pool offers a serene escape. The staff is friendly, enhancing the experience.
Yet, the service can feel overwhelmed at times, making it less than five-star.

We had an amazing time enjoying the beautiful poolside cocktails and the delicious Saturday brunch. The spa was fantastic, especially the full body massage and the serene garden area where we relaxed. Just a heads up, the Wi-Fi could be a bit spotty at times, but it didn’t mess with our vibe. 🌴

The staff did a great job overall.
I had a frustrating time with the cleanliness. The rooms had a musty smell, and the general upkeep was lacking, making my stay uncomfortable. I expected better standards for the price, as common areas were also dirty, and the pool looked uninviting. It really dampened the experience when I saw stray cats around the dining tables and peacocks making a mess everywhere.

Luxurious, Luxurious, Luxurious
I loved lounging by the heated pool, feeling the tropical vibes from the wild peacocks roaming around. The executive room I stayed in featured a fine balcony overlooking the lush garden. Each morning, the breakfast buffet amazed me with its assortment of fresh pastries and traditional Bolivian dishes!

Great Location with Room for Improvement
The location is fantastic, and the pool area provides a nice ambiance. However, service can be inconsistent, with some staff being less attentive. The lunch buffet was a highlight, offering delicious options. Consider requesting a room away from the pool for a quieter stay.

The hotel has a stunning design and the tropical vibe really made my stay feel special. Staff friendliness shone throughout, making me feel welcome. My room was spacious and clean, featuring comfortable beds and great air conditioning. I loved the adult pool – it was a perfect escape for relaxation. The dining options were varied, but I found the breakfast to be a mixed bag. The long lines for the egg station were frustrating, and the quality of some offerings didn't meet my expectations. Service at the pool area was notably lacking. it often took a while for anyone to come take my order. I had an inconvenience when I discovered the cleanliness of the public areas wasn't up to par. Some areas felt neglected, and the dirty pool was a turn off. With a little attention to detail and improvement in services, this hotel could be phenomenal.
